These terms govern orders placed on memoriqr.com (the Service). The Service is provided by DrabbIT j.d.o.o., , Croatia, OIB , registered with the under MBS (we, Mémori). Contact: hello@memoriqr.com.
By placing an order you enter into a contract with us on these terms.
One online wedding photo gallery at memoriqr.com. The gallery holds up to 300 photos, is reachable by a unique gallery code and QR code, and stays online for 3 months from the day it is published with photos.
Guests can view the photos and request a download of the whole gallery by email. Photos are stored at web resolution, suitable for screens and standard prints. The Service is not an archive or backup and does not include video.
You order by entering the couple names, the wedding date and an email address on the order page and paying by card. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We confirm the order by email with your gallery code and QR card.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or misuse, refunding any payment.
The price of the Service is 149 €, paid once. Prices are final consumer prices in euros.
Payment is by card through Stripe; we never see your card details. Partner codes reduce the price by the stated percentage and are applied before payment. You receive a receipt by email.
Your gallery code and QR card are delivered by email immediately after payment. After your wedding you (or your photographer) send us the photos, and we upload and publish them, usually within a few working days of receiving them. We notify you by email when the gallery is live.
The 3-month period runs from the day of publication. We may extend it at our discretion. After expiry the gallery is taken offline and its photos are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, so download the photos you want to keep before then.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons, by sending an unambiguous statement (for example an email) to hello@memoriqr.com. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method.
By ticking the consent box at checkout you ask us to start providing the Service immediately. If the gallery has been published with your photos before you withdraw, the Service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If we have started but not completed it, we may keep a proportionate part of the price.
You may use the model withdrawal form from the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, but it is not mandatory.
You confirm that you have the right to share the photos you send us (including any photographer licence) and that the gallery contains no unlawful content. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.
You are responsible for whom you give the gallery code and QR card to. Anyone with the code can view the gallery unless you ask us to add a gallery password.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance and outages at our providers may cause short interruptions. Keep your own copies of your photos.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under the contract is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory consumer rights.
You can send a written complaint to hello@memoriqr.com or by post to our address above. We confirm receipt and reply in writing within 15 days, as required by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body in Croatia or to the competent court.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you order applies to your order; the current version is dated at the top of this page.
Croatian law applies. Disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction for our registered seat, without prejudice to consumer protection rules that let you bring a claim where you live.
